Natural wood, the superior building material

Since its establishment, Holzbau Themessl has vowed to use timber, which is the most natural of all building materials.

The superior capability of timber, with its special structural ability, its almost unlimited resource, and its elimination of waste problems because of its natural life cycle, makes timber the most environmentally friendly building material in the world. While in Norway or New Zealand, approximately 95% of building construction is in timber, in Austria, a country with major forestry; this percentage is only 5%. The philosophy of the company Themessl is to secure high quality employment, to improve assets gained from agriculture and forestry, and to build the most advanced comfortable buildings, which contribute to the health of their inhabitants.
